FYI - We currently only install payphones in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Delaware.  If you have a need for over 15 payphones in another state let us know!  We do provide consulting services nationwide. About Us   Payphone Solutions was formed in 1989 and has evolved from a small enterprise providing payphones on our own real estate into a substantial organization providing public telecommunications to customers ranging in size from corner stores to international airports across the United States.  We also provide inmate phone systems and automated operator services for use in prisons and jails, nationwide.    Our services range from installing payphones to consulting on new agreements to auditing existing agreements.  We also are interested in purchasing existing payphone routes and managing existing routes on behalf of absentee owners.   We entered the payphone business because in 1989 our payphone vendor failed to provide the level of service we deemed acceptable.  Understanding our customers needs and how to fulfill these requirements distinguishes us from other payphone providers.  We go as far as allowing our location providers to have keys and collection privileges at the phones located on their properties.   We will never use an operator that will charge above AT&T rates for operator assisted calls and all of our phones provide long distance for between 10 and 25 cents per minute.   We also allow our location providers to audit our records to insure that their commissions are calculated correctly.   We currently provide payphone services in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, and Louisiana.  If your location requires the installation of ten or more phones we are capable of establishing service in other states as well.   We are a member of the Central Atlantic Payphone Association (CAPA) and the American Public Communications Council (APCC).
